Classes to Help You Get Well

Has illness or injury derailed your fitness goals? Get back on track with an exercise class. Our G.E.T. F.I.T. (Group Exercise Transition For Independent Training) program gives you the support you need, offering a customized gym workout in a group setting. Want to improve your balance, stability, and focus? Try Therapeutic Tai Chi, a simplified form of the Chinese martial art. We also offer classes to help you recover from more serious conditions. For example, for those living with aphasia, our Aphasia Program includes structured group activities that maximize your communication skills and improve your quality of life.
